eWEB TEC is a Sydney IT, data-centre and AI-automation company that has operated since 2003. We do the physical work in colo rooms, day-to-day IT for Northern Beaches and North Shore offices, and Claude / ChatGPT setup for Australian teams.
This is a working IT company, not an AI agency bolted onto a landing page. The same people who hold data-centre clearances also set up Team plans, Skills and workflows — with a human on priced quotes and invoices.

What is broken or what you want built, where the work is, and whether it is a ticket, a plan or a Skill. AI packages have typical ranges on the AI pages. Everything else is quoted from that conversation.
A scoped job
Smart hands gets a MOP. Managed IT gets a plan. AI gets a Team workspace, a Skill or a workflow with rails. Response times are scoped per job, not advertised as a blanket guarantee.
The same people
You are not handed to an offshore queue. Licences, docs and admin stay in your name. If you leave, you take the environment with you.

IT and data-centre work is quoted after a phone call or the contact form. AI packages have typical price ranges on the AI pages.

Do you do on-site IT anywhere in Sydney?
No. Business IT and computer repairs stay on the Northern Beaches and North Shore. Smart and remote hands cover the Sydney metro data-centre belt. Cloud and Claude/ChatGPT work is Australia-wide.
Is this an AI agency?
No. We set up Claude or ChatGPT on a company-owned plan, build Skills or Custom GPTs, and connect workflows with human approval on money. The same company still does smart hands and local IT.
Do you publish a price list?
For AI work, yes: typical ranges ex GST are $600–$999 for an AI Starter Session, $2,500–$5,000 for a Skill Pack and $4,000–$9,000 for a Workflow Build. IT and data-centre work is quoted after a short call. Vendor licences (Claude Team, ChatGPT Business) are billed by those vendors, usually in USD.
