In rough AUD that is about $30–38 per person before GST. Plus is about US$20 for one person and is not a company workspace. Check OpenAI’s checkout — they often bill USD.
How much does Claude Team cost in Australia?
Claude Team Standard is about US$25–30 per user per month and usually needs five seats. That is roughly AUD $38–45 per person before GST at a 1.50 convert. Premium / Claude Code style seats cost much more. Enterprise is quote-only. Confirm on Anthropic’s site before you buy.
Do I need a Team plan or is Pro enough for five staff?
Five staff on personal Pro or Plus still means five personal accounts and no admin when someone leaves. For a company, ChatGPT Business (from two seats) or Claude Team (typically five) is the right shape. Pro is fine for one owner testing.
Can I use ChatGPT with client data in Australia?
Not on a free personal account, and not by pasting files into someone else’s login. Use a company-owned Business or Team plan, turn off training where the vendor allows, and keep quotes and invoices behind a human. This is hygiene, not legal advice.
Is Claude better than ChatGPT for writing quotes?
Claude is often stronger on long, careful documents. ChatGPT is often where the team already lives. We build the Skill or Custom GPT in the tool they will actually open in month three.
What happens to my Skills if I stop paying?
Claude Skills and Custom GPTs are files and instructions you should hold copies of. If you leave a vendor, you still have the documents. Workflows in n8n/Make/Zapier sit in your automation account. We do not lock you into a black box we own.
Will my staff actually use this after the first month?
