Australia-wide, for business websites
SEO and answer-engine work for Australian businesses
eWEB TEC makes a business website crawlable, indexed, and specific enough that Google Search and AI Overviews can quote the real page. Google treats that as ordinary SEO. So do we.
The work is quoted after we look at the site. We do not guarantee a position, a traffic number, or a mention in ChatGPT, Claude or Perplexity.

What the work covers
Two things have to be true. Google has to be able to read the page, and the page has to say something this business actually knows. This website is built the same way: one HTML page per service, the answer in the page, no invented reviews.
| Piece | What we do |
|---|---|
| Crawl and index | Sitemap, canonicals, redirects, pages blocked by accident, and copy that only appears after JavaScript runs. A page has to be indexed, and eligible for a snippet, before it can appear in AI Overviews or AI Mode. |
| The pages | One page per real service. The answer is in the HTML. The facts come from you: what you do, where, and any price you already show a customer. |
| Name, address, phone | The website matches the Google Business Profile you already run. Google's guide says that profile can help local facts show in AI answers, so the two have to match. We do not open a second profile for a suburb. |
| What we measure | Search Console, including the generative AI performance report. Under Settings, Search generative AI, the default is to include the site. If it is set to exclude, the site is left out of AI Overviews and AI Mode, and that choice is not a ranking signal for the rest of Search. We check it. We do not switch it off. |
Search Console has to be on the site. If you do not have it, we set the property up with you. You approve the wording before it goes live. The include or exclude choice is Search generative AI in Search Console settings. Include is the default.

What we will not sell you
Google's guide, Optimizing your website for generative AI features on Google Search, was last updated 10 July 2026. These are the offers we turn down, and what that guide says about each.
| Offer | Google's position |
|---|---|
| A separate AEO or GEO program | Optimising for generative AI search is still SEO. AI Overviews and AI Mode use the normal Search index. |
| An llms.txt file so Google will list you | Google Search does not use it. A file kept for other tools neither harms nor helps Google rankings. |
| Chopping pages into tiny chunks for AI | Not required. There is no ideal page length. |
| Rewriting the site in a special AI style | Not required. Google understands synonyms. |
| Special schema so an AI answer cites you | Structured data is not required for generative AI search, and there is no special schema.org type for it. We still mark up a page where the markup matches the words on the page. |
| Bought mentions | Seeking inauthentic mentions is not as helpful as it might seem. Spam policies still apply. |
| A page for every way someone might search | Google calls that scaled content abuse when the pages exist to manipulate rankings or AI answers. |
| A tool that shows your secret AI rank | No third-party tool has access to Google's internal ranking or AI systems. |
Google stopped showing FAQ rich results on 7 May 2026. We still answer real questions on the page. The markup is not a product we sell. Source: Google Search Central changelog, 8 May 2026.
Quoted, not a package on this page
What the quote depends on
There is no public fee for this work. The quote moves with the site in front of us.
| What we look at | Why it changes the job |
|---|---|
| How many real services need a page | One service is a different job from eight. We do not add pages to fill a quota. |
| Whether we can edit the site | A login to the site you already have, or the files. If the platform hides the words behind an app, we say so before quoting. |
| Whether the facts are written down | Prices, suburbs and policies you already tell customers are usable. Invented ones are not. |
| Whether Search Console is verified | If it is not, setup is part of the job. The generative AI report is where Google shows AI Overview impressions. |
Claude, ChatGPT, Skills and workflow builds are a different job, with published ranges, on the AI automation page. Hosting the site in Australia is sovereign cloud. This page is whether people can find the site.
Before you ask for a quote
Questions
Is answer-engine work a different job from SEO?
No. Google's own guide, last updated 10 July 2026, says optimising for AI Overviews and AI Mode is still SEO. We use both names because that is what buyers ask for. The work is one job: pages Google can crawl, with your real facts written on them.
Do you guarantee a ranking, or a mention in ChatGPT?
No. Google says a page can meet every rule and still not be indexed, and no outside tool can see Google's ranking systems. We put a specific, true answer on a page Google is able to index. An assistant that searches the web can then retrieve that page. An assistant that does not search will not see it.
How much does it cost?
It is quoted after we look at the site. There is no public price list for this work. The published AI ranges, Starter $600 to $999, Skill Pack $2,500 to $5,000 and Workflow Build $4,000 to $9,000, ex GST, are for Claude, ChatGPT, Skills and workflows. They are not an SEO fee.
Will you add a page for every suburb we work in?
No. One page for each real service, and the address of the real office. A page per town, written to chase a search, is what Google calls scaled content abuse.
Do we need an llms.txt file to show up in Google?
No. Google's guide says Google Search does not use those files. Keeping one for other tools neither harms nor helps your Google rankings. We can add a short facts file. It is not the job.
Who writes the words?
You provide the facts you are willing to publish: what you do, where you do it, and any price you already show customers. We write them in plain sentences. You approve the wording before it goes on the site. We do not invent reviews, client counts, or guarantees.
Is this the same as the AI setup work?
No. AI setup is Claude or ChatGPT, Skills and workflows, and it starts with a free 30-minute AI check. This job is the business website: whether Google can crawl it, and whether the pages say something specific. A business can need one, the other, or both.
