These are Anthropic and OpenAI list prices, converted roughly to Australian dollars for planning. Vendors usually bill in USD. GST may apply. Check the vendor checkout before you buy. Our fees are separate: an AI Starter Session is typically $600–$999, a Skill Pack $2,500–$5,000 and a Workflow Build $4,000–$9,000, all + GST.

n8n, Make and Zapier are priced separately by those vendors. Self-hosted n8n can be cheap to run; Zapier gets expensive once tasks stack. We pick the runner after we see the job, not before.

Is it safe?
Data, Privacy Act and sensible defaults
Client names, job photos and financials are not prompt fodder. We prefer paid Team/Business plans, configure vendor training/opt-out settings where available, and keep money-moving steps behind a human. What “AI agent” actually means here
In marketing, “AI agent” often means a demo that chats. On this site it means a configured assistant plus optional workflow: instructions, tools and approval rails you can inspect. If you cannot open the Skill, GPT or workflow, you do not own the system.

Claude vs ChatGPT vs workflows — what should we buy first?
Start with Team setup if staff still use free personal accounts. Add one Skill or Custom GPT for the highest-repeat task. Add a workflow only when something must move between systems (email → draft → approve → CRM).
Will AI send quotes or invoices without my approval?
Not by default. eWEB TEC designs human approval for priced quotes, invoices and low-confidence answers. Autonomy is optional after you trust the rules.
How long does AI automation take to implement?
Team setup and training often take one to two weeks. A first Skill or Custom GPT plus a simple workflow is usually two to four weeks once access and examples are ready.
Is AI automation only for large Sydney enterprises?
No. Most eWEB TEC AI work is for tradies and small teams of roughly 1–30 people who need practical setup, not a six-month enterprise programme.
Where is business data processed when using Claude or ChatGPT?
Work runs on paid business plans with data-sharing settings configured carefully. Workflow runners can use privacy-conscious or Australian-friendly options where available. AI delivery is Australia-wide; local IT support is Northern Beaches and North Shore only.
Who should I hire for Claude and ChatGPT setup in Sydney?
Choose a provider that names the stack, designs approval rails, and can support the same business for IT and integrations. eWEB TEC has operated as an IT company since 2003 from Artarmon and Narrabeen.
How much does ChatGPT cost for a small Australian business?
ChatGPT Business (the old Team plan) is about US$25 per user per month billed monthly, or about US$20 on annual billing, with a two-seat minimum. How much does Claude Team cost in Australia?
Claude Team Standard is US$25 per user per month billed monthly, or US$20 on annual billing, with a two-seat minimum. That is roughly AUD $30–38 per person before GST at a 1.50 convert. Premium seats (more usage, Claude Code) are US$100–125. Enterprise is quote-only. Confirm on Anthropic’s site before you buy.
Do I need a Team plan or is Pro enough for five staff?
Five staff on personal Pro or Plus still means five personal accounts and no admin when someone leaves. For a company, ChatGPT Business or Claude Team (both from two seats) is the right shape. Pro is fine for one owner testing.
Can I use ChatGPT with client data in Australia?
Not on a free personal account, and not by pasting files into someone else’s login. Use a company-owned Business or Team plan, turn off training where the vendor allows, and keep quotes and invoices behind a human. This is hygiene, not legal advice.
Is Claude better than ChatGPT for writing quotes?
Claude is often stronger on long, careful documents. ChatGPT is often where the team already lives. We build the Skill or Custom GPT in the tool they will actually open in month three.
What happens to my Skills if I stop paying?
Claude Skills and Custom GPTs are files and instructions you should hold copies of. If you leave a vendor, you still have the documents. Workflows in n8n/Make/Zapier sit in your automation account. We do not lock you into a black box we own.
Will my staff actually use this after the first month?
Only if it sits where they already work and saves a job they hate. That is why we start with one bottleneck, train the people who do the work, and do not automate money without approval.
